Terms & Conditions of Entry

1) Caravanserai will endeavor to be a safe event which people can attend without being

intimidated in any way by the behaviour of others on site.

2) Caravanserai is a family event and we have a responsibility to ensure everybody's safety

and general wellbeing. Therefore the right of admission is reserved (R.O.A.R.)

3) If you arrive at the event gates obviously drunk or under the influence of drugs you will be

refused entry.

4) If you are aggressive or in any way belligerent towards our staff you will be refused entry.

5) If you are found to be in possession of any illegal substances you will be refused entry.

6) Anti social behavior including drug misuse and excessive consumption of alcohol inside

the event will not be tolerated and you will be ejected without refund.

7) No admission to under 18’s after 20.00 each day

8) All persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the

age of 21. No more than four under 16s per parent or guardian. If you are lucky enough to

look under 25 you will be asked for ID at the bars as part of the Challenge 25 initiative - so

please bring photo ID with you.

9) You are not allowed to bring in your own alcohol into the licensed area.

10) You will not be allowed to bring in glass bottles of any kind. Broken glass is very

dangerous and may effect the availability of the site for future events

11) No alcohol will be permitted to leave the site.

Privacy Policy - the basics

Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy. 

 

Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.

What to include in the Privacy Policy

Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors an customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much much more.
