About the event

For The Record is an emotional and comedic exploration of the afterlife that wonders if the-one-that-got-away could have ever been The One, if only you had met at the right time.

Nancy and Dave are dead, and even worse, they are stuck in the same room together for all eternity until they can come to an agreement. They quickly learn that if they are not honest with their feelings, the door out of the room will lead somewhere... strange, certainly not the afterlife they would choose. By creating a timeline using music throughout the years they try and find out if things could have gone different for them had they met at a later date.

Secrets, lies, and the breakdown of the social script follow in this comedically intelligent piece of new writing.
