About the event
Legendary Brighton club night collective The Church of Italo know fashion. They know music, clubbing, drag and cabaret. And they know that there is only one serious solution to the problems facing society today – to Eat the Rich!
Come down to Klub Kaput at Caravanserai and party like its 1789. Expect guillotine glamour, revolting revolutionaries and horrifying haute couture mixed up in a blender with punk, electro, disco and house and served to you on a silver platter.
Featuring a cannibal cabaret starring some of Brighton’s best alternative drag talent, interactive set design from the iconique OddFabrications, music from DJ Dr Rat and friends, and presided over by the spectre of the revolution themselves, our very own Madame Guillotine, Mx Mother Misha!
And of course it wouldn’t be the Church of Italo without a chance to involve you! The audience! Prizes will be awarded for the most revolutionary, most cannibalistic, and most aristocratic costumes of the evening.
